Could not write lines to file "obj\Library.csproj.FileList.txt". Access to the path 'c:\...\obj\Library.csproj.FileList.txt' is denied.

This error killed our nightly (and local) builds when we upgrade to Team Foundation Server RTM from Beta 3 Refresh. Deleting them from Source Control solved the problem for us. Easy enough mistake.
